MORLEY, Mo. -- Carolyn Jo Hopper, 54, of Morley died Sunday, Aug. 26, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born July 21, 1947, in Roswell, N.M., daughter of Melby H. and Anna Marie Smith Harless. She and Berle Hopper were married Dec. 21, 1963, at Zalma, Mo.
Hopper lived in the Morley area most of her life.
Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Leslie Gardner, Lily Hopper and Regina Bich, all of Cheyenne, Wyo.; four brothers, Bill and John Harless of Roswell, Lester Harless of Holbrook, Mass., Gene Harless of Kingsland, Texas; a sister, Mildred Clevenger of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and six grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, Mo., from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel, with the Rev. Don Russell officiating. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery.
