EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Jerry W. Taylor, 35, of East Prairie died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2001, in Doniphan, Mo.

He was born March 27, 1966, at Sikeston, Mo., son of Mary Ellen Taylor and the late Raymond Myers. He and Brenda Michelle Patrick were married April 5, 1997.

Taylor was a mechanic, and attended St. James General Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Jessica Taylor of the home; his mother of East Prairie; five brothers, Larry and Bobby Taylor of East Prairie, Terry Taylor of Blodgett, Mo., Raymond Myers Jr. and Billy Myers of East Prairie; and a sister, Mary Morgan of East Prairie.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. David Dowdy will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
