ELIZABETH RANDOL

Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Randol, 63, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

She was born Sept. 12, 1937, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Georgia Lucille Randol.

Randol was a 1955 graduate of Central High School, and member of First General Baptist Church.

She was employed by Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. from 1955 until her retirement in 1992. She was active in Telephone Pioneers and a lifetime resident of Cape Girardeau. She loved animals.

She is survived by an aunt, Mrs. Narvol A. Randol Sr.; cousins, Narvol A. Randol Jr., Margaret R. Dement, Jane R. Jackson; and several dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, grandparents, and an uncle, Narvol A. Randol Sr.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the chapel. The Rev. Sam Ramdial will officiate. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First General Baptist Church or the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri.
