GERTRUDE A. SWINK
ANNA, Ill. -- Gertrude A. Swink, 82, of Anna, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at Jonesboro Health Care Center. She was born on March 12, 1917, daughter of Francis and Cora Westbrook. She married Boyd E. Swink on March 14, 1936. He died Dec. 17, 1988. She was a member of Anna Heights Baptist Church...ANNA, Ill. -- Gertrude A. She was a member of Anna Heights Baptist Church.

She is survived by three sons, Bon Swink of Batavia, Don Swink of Dongola and Kenneth Swink of Anna; a daughter, Janet Hawk of Anna; two brothers, Carl "Jim" Westbrook and Francis Westbrook, both of Anna; 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, three daughters, two brothers, four sisters and a grandchild.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna.
Funeral will be at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Clifford Heil officiating.
Burial will be in Kelley Cemetery.
