BERTRAND -- Funeral for Patricia Diane Dugan of Bertrand will be held at 1 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. The Rev. Thomas Godwin will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 a.m. until service time.

Dugan, 42, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2000, at her home.

She was born March 5, 1957, at Wyatt, daughter of Walter "Jimmy" and Mary Opal Sterling Myers. She and Robert J. Dugan Jr. were married Nov. 5, 1976.

Dugan had been an aide at New Dawn State School in Sikeston 12 years. She attended New Life Pentecostal Church in Bertrand.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert "Robbie" Dugan III of the home; her mother, Mary Brooks of Sikeston; three brothers, Curtis Myers of Fisher, Ark., Albert Myers of Gideon, Jerry Myers of Clarkton; eight sisters, Judy Hise of Sikeston, Myra Jackson of Bloomingdale, Calif., Delores Ford of Clarkton, Brenda Cunningham and Anita Schible of Bell City, Barbara Hastings of LaCenter, Ky., Joyce Akhtar of Queens, N.Y., and Shauna Myers of Knoxville, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her father, a brother and a sister.
