BONNE TERRE -- Funeral for Doris M. Berghold of Bonne Terre will be held at 1 p.m. today at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Ron Poole will officiate, with burial in St. Francois Memorial Park.

Berghold, 84, died Sunday, Jan. 30, 2000, at St. Joe Manor in Bonne Terre.

She was born Aug. 3, 1915, in Kokomo, Ind., daughter of Clay and Edna Stevenson Rotroff.

Berghold was a nurse 44 years, retiring in 1981. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre and helped organize and operate Helping Hands Ministries.

Survivors include her husband, Frank L. Berghold; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald L. and Janet Lawrence Berghold; two grandchildren, James Berghold and Sherri Clark; two great-grandchildren, Catherine Berghold and Tyler Helm, all of Bonne Terre; and a brother, Harold Berghold and wife Lois of Phoenix, Ariz.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
