COBDEN, Ill. -- Charles Werner, 56, of Cobden died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2000, at City Care Center. There are no known relatives. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Cobden Cemetery. The Rev. Clifford Heil will officiate.
