SIKESTON -- Elaine Crone, 64, of Sikeston died Sunday, Feb. 13, 2000, at her home.

She was born Jan. 19, 1936, in Lexington, Tenn., daughter of Grady and Jewell Goff Bailey. She married Dixon Crone in Sikeston.

Crone was a salesclerk at Homestead and had been a waitress at Lambert's Cafe. She was a member of Murray Lane Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Pamela Decker of Dexter; a brother, Lewis Bailey of Flint, Mich.; two sisters, Mary Woodhouse of Flint, Jane Gardner of Mesa, Ariz.; and a granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.

Friends may call at Blanchard Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Kelly Grubbs officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
