ORAN -- Ida M. Goetz, 92, of Oran died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at the Beverly Health and Rehabilitation Services at Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 6, 1908, at Parma, daughter of John and Viola Frances Paxton Clevenger. She and Claude Elmer Cambron were married March 20, 1926. He died March 14, 1964. She and William John Goetz were married June 6, 1970. He died Oct. 29, 1984.

Goetz was a member of the Guardian Angel Catholic Church at Oran and a member of the St. Ann Sodality.

Survivors include a daughter Claudine Christoff of Cape Girardeau; four stepsons, Herbert, Harold, Michael and Clifford Goetz, all of St. Louis; two grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a great-great-grandson.

Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel at Oran. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Guardian Angel Catholic Church. The Rev. Lewis Hejna will officiate, with burial to follow at Mounds Park Cemetery at Marston.
