JACKSON -- Anna E. Meyer, 101, of Jackson died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at the Jackson Manor. She was born June 23, 1898, at Jackson, daughter of William and Augusta Meier Peetz. She and Daniel Meyer were married Dec. 10, 1921. He died Aug. 2, 1981. She was a member of the Emanuel United Church of Christ at Jackson...

JACKSON -- Anna E. Meyer, 101, of Jackson died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2000, at the Jackson Manor.

She was born June 23, 1898, at Jackson, daughter of William and Augusta Meier Peetz. She and Daniel Meyer were married Dec. 10, 1921. He died Aug. 2, 1981.

She was a member of the Emanuel United Church of Christ at Jackson.

Survivors include nine nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by five brothers.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McCombs Funeral Chapel at Jackson.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the chapel. The Rev. Sam Roethemeyer will officiate, with burial to follow at Russell Heights Cemetery.
