PERRYVILLE -- Winfred P. "Wick" Baudendistel, 59, of Perryville died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000, at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He was born Jan. 8, 1941, at Cape Girardeau, son of Clarence and Stella Moonier Baudendistel. He and Sharon Vernon were married Jan. 10, 1983...

PERRYVILLE -- Winfred P. "Wick" Baudendistel, 59, of Perryville died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000, at Barnes Jewish Hospital.

He was born Jan. 8, 1941, at Cape Girardeau, son of Clarence and Stella Moonier Baudendistel. He and Sharon Vernon were married Jan. 10, 1983.

Baudendistel was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church, a life member of the VFW and AMVETS and served seven tours in Vietnam with the U.S. Army.

Survivors include his wife of Perryville and Winfred (Chip) Baudendistel of Goose Creek, S.C.; a daughter, Donna Jones of Mobile, Ala.; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today and from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Chapel at Perryville. A VFW wake will be conducted at 7 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. The Rev. Craig Otto will officiate, with burial to follow at the church cemetery.
