FREDERICKTOWN -- Service for Thomas Lawrence Jones Sr. of Fredericktown will be held at 10 a.m. today at Follis and Sons Funeral Home in Fredericktown.

Jones, 63, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2000, at his home.

He was born July 26, 1936, in Detroit, Mich., son of Mervin W. and Jean Jones. He and Linda Wray were married April 30, 1960, in Royal Oak, Mich.

Jones served with the U.S. Army in Korea.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Thomas Jones Jr. of Farmington, Douglas Jones of Scott City, Matthew Jones of Fredericktown; a daughter, Christall Johnson of Fredericktown; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, a daughter, and a brother.
