LUCY MONIER

PERRYVILLE -- Lucy L. Monier, 50, of Perryville died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Dec. 21, 1949, in Ste. Genevieve, daughter of Xavier and Rose Mary Pfaff Figge. She and Dale E. Monier were married Oct. 4, 1969.

Monier was a teller at Union Planters Bank. She was a member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church at Brewer.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Melissa Zahner, Dana Taylor, Jill Monier, all of Perryville; four brothers, Wilferd Figge of Pevely, Ernest Figge of Bloomsdale, Donald Figge of St. Mary, Norman Figge of Perryville; three sisters, Dorothy Friedhman of Ste. Genevieve, Rosella Otte of Ozora, Betty Monier of Perryville; and two grandsons.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Friday from 6:30-9:15 a.m. The wake will be at 7 tonight, and the rosary will be recited at 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Christ the Savior Church. The Rev. Felipe Martinez will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
