BERTRAND -- Dora "Sally" Wilmurth, 95, of Bertrand died Monday, April 17, 2000, at Bertrand Nursing Facility. She was born July 22, 1904, at Blodgett, daughter of George W. and Aura Hubbard Russell. She and Claude Lepchenski were married Dec. 20, 1924. She later married Glen H. "Chick" Wilmurth Dec. 3, 1938. He died Feb. 8, 1981...

BERTRAND -- Dora "Sally" Wilmurth, 95, of Bertrand died Monday, April 17, 2000, at Bertrand Nursing Facility.

She was born July 22, 1904, at Blodgett, daughter of George W. and Aura Hubbard Russell. She and Claude Lepchenski were married Dec. 20, 1924. She later married Glen H. "Chick" Wilmurth Dec. 3, 1938. He died Feb. 8, 1981.

Wilmurth lived in Bertrand most of her life. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Bill Lepchenski of Pocatello, Idaho; a daughter, Jo Ann Quertermous of Bertrand; two sisters, Dorothy Bruce and Arletta Jacob of Sikeston; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at McMikle Funeral home in Charleston. The Rev. Rick Lasley will officiate. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
