LEE FOSTER SR.

OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Funeral for Leland Eugene "Lee" Foster Sr. of Sand Springs, Okla., was held Monday in Sand Springs.

Foster, 67, died Saturday, May 6, 2000, in Tulsa, Okla.

He was born July 15, 1932, in Olive Branch, son of Eugene and Hazel Lipe Foster. He and Gale Parkenton were married Sept. 25, 1976, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Foster was owner of Commercial Laundry Equipment Repair. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Phyllis Heitz and Joyce Haddix of Fort Lauderdale, Sandi Eng of Sand Springs; a son, Leland Foster Jr. of Fort Lauderdale; two stepdaughters, Susanne and Mike Suffoletta of Fort Lauderdale; his mother of Olive Branch; a brother, Dean Foster of Justin, Texas; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
