PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Marcella E. Roy, 86, of Perryville died Thursday, July 13, 2000, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born Sept. 1, 1913, in Perryville, daughter of Leonard B. and Elizabeth Brown Moll. She and Homer L. Roy were married April 14, 1941, in Kansas City, Mo. He died Jan. 12, 1996...

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Marcella E. Roy, 86, of Perryville died Thursday, July 13, 2000, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 1, 1913, in Perryville, daughter of Leonard B. and Elizabeth Brown Moll. She and Homer L. Roy were married April 14, 1941, in Kansas City, Mo. He died Jan. 12, 1996.

Roy was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church.

Survivors include a son, Homer Roy Jr. of Perryville, and a sister, Iola Sutterer of Perryville.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and five sisters.

Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. Sunday, and from 6:30-9:50 a.m. Monday at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville. The parish wake will be at 7 p.m. Sunday. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Monday.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Church, with the Rev. Kevin P. Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
