BROWNWOOD, Mo. -- Eva Lena Ashcraft, 99, of Brownwood died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, at Advance Nursing Center in Advance, Mo. She was born June 24, 1901, in Advance, daughter of Benjamin F. and Florence F. Brown Musgraves. She and Raymond Ashcraft were married July 10, 1919, in Jackson, Mo. He died Feb. 21, 1967...

BROWNWOOD, Mo. -- Eva Lena Ashcraft, 99, of Brownwood died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2000, at Advance Nursing Center in Advance, Mo.

She was born June 24, 1901, in Advance, daughter of Benjamin F. and Florence F. Brown Musgraves. She and Raymond Ashcraft were married July 10, 1919, in Jackson, Mo. He died Feb. 21, 1967.

Ashcraft was a member of Brownwood General Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Vivian Looney of Brownwood; a half brother, Lins Musgraves of St. Louis; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a great-great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Scott Payne officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
