Daisy Janie Ziegler, 84, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, May 27, 1999, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Oct. 10, 1914, in White Ash, Ill., daughter of LeRoy and Ada Ann Christie Stewart. She married Henry Ziegler Jr. June 27, 1936, in Chicago. He preceded her in death.

Ziegler was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Chicago and its Senior Club.

Survivors include a niece, Billie Jani of Tinley Park, Ill.

She was preceded in death by a number of brothers and sisters.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel from 1-5 p.m. today.

The funeral is tentatively set for Thursday in Chicago, with John V. May Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in St. Luke Cemetery in Chicago.
