ANNA, Ill. -- Bryan A. Hopp, 28, of Anna died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. He was born Dec. 25, 1970, at Elgin, son of Gordon A. and Linda K. Vines Hopp. He was a senior on the Dean's List at Southern Illinois University and was to have graduated in the spring. He was a heart transplant recipient in 1989...

ANNA, Ill. -- Bryan A. Hopp, 28, of Anna died Friday, Feb. 5, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

He was born Dec. 25, 1970, at Elgin, son of Gordon A. and Linda K. Vines Hopp.

He was a senior on the Dean's List at Southern Illinois University and was to have graduated in the spring. He was a heart transplant recipient in 1989.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Matt Hopp of Anna; a sister, Lachelle "Shelly" Crutcher of St. Louis; a maternal grandmother, Edna Vines.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. James Hardway will officiate, with burial in the Ebenezer Hall Cemetery.
