Williams, 69, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1999, at Sikeston Health Care.

He was born Aug. 8, 1929, at Morehouse, son of Huley and Irene Sherrard Williams.

Williams lived in Arkansas several years, returning to Morehouse in 1994.

Survivors include three brothers, Gerald Williams of Morehouse, Joe Williams of Elgin, Ill., Jack Williams of Evansville, Ind.; two sisters, Thelma Roberts of Morehouse and Hazel Asher of Ellsinore.
