MORLEY -- Eva Doreta Shuffit, 79, of Morley died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born June 26, 1919, at Leachville, Ark., daughter of Charles Allen and Mary Francis Hause Woods.

She worked at International Hat factory in Oran for 15 years. She was a member of Morley Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Dale Shuffit of Nashville, Ark.; a daughter, Dorothy Montgomery of Oran; two sisters, Rachel Woods of Morley and Viola Jones of Sikeston; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Dennis Cebulak officiating. Burial will be in New Morley Cemetery.
