VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Funeral for Sarah Lockey Crawford of Villa Ridge will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge. The Rev. Danny Beggs will officiate. Burial will be in New Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 10 a.m. until service time.

Crawford, 80, died Saturday, Feb. 27, 1999, at Union County Hospital in Anna.

She was born June 7, 1918, in Butler County, daughter of Clint and Alice Aquilla Boyles Tramell. She first married John Lowery, who died in 1953. She later married Owen Crawford, who died in 1977.

Survivors include three sisters, Lou Jonas of Villa Ridge, Janie Harper of Elkens, W.Va., Millie Milton of Gravette, Ark.; and a brother, Ormand Jonas of Farmington, Mich.
