HAROLD FOULK JR.
CHAFFEE -- Harold Richard Foulk Jr., 39, of Chaffee died Friday, April 9, 1999, in Chaffee. He was born Sept. 24, 1959, in Cape Girardeau, son of Harold Richard and Nancy Jane Schoen Foulk Sr. Foulk was employed by Chaffee Sanitation Department. Survivors include his mother, Nancy Webb of Scott City; a brother, Robert Foulk of Scott City; and a sister, Milissa Biggs of Chaffee...CHAFFEE -- Harold Richard Foulk Jr., 39, of Chaffee died Friday, April 9, 1999, in Chaffee.

Survivors include his mother, Nancy Webb of Scott City; a brother, Robert Foulk of Scott City; and a sister, Milissa Biggs of Chaffee.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. William Dickey officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery at Scott City.
