JACKSON -- H. Duane "Bubba" Whitledge, 50, of Jackson died Saturday, April 10, 1999.

He was born March 24, 1949, son of Harry Lee and Norma Lea McKee Whitledge.

He and Vicky McClard were married Dec. 23, 1967. She survives.

He was a member of First General Baptist Church of Jackson and had been employed in the auto body repair business all his life. He was employed at Hendrix Auto Body & Frame in Fruitland. He was an active member of the Capaha Antique Car Club and the River City Rodders Car Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Darren Whitledge of Pocahontas; a daughter, Duana Whitledge of Fruitland; a sister, Carol Sneed of Jackson; and three grandchildren.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with Mike Harrison officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Fruitland.
