SIKESTON -- Visitation for Beatrice Potts Moore, 74, will be after 11 a.m. Saturday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church. The Rev. Sylvester Morgan will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset of Memories Cemetery.
Moore died Friday, April 16, 1999, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston. She was born Oct. 12, 1924, in Yazoo City, Miss., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Potts.
She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include two sons, John Moore of Chicago and R.C. Grayson of Miami; two daughters, Johnnie B. Evans of Cahokia, Ill., and Q.T. Grayson of Columbia; six sisters, Ruthie Potts, Magnolia Potts, Annie Potts and Thelma Potts, all of Belzonia, Miss., Heidi Potts of Greenville, Miss., and Irine Richardson of Milwaukee, Wis.; a brother, Jessy James Grayson, address unknown; 47 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
