Bond, 74, died Thursday, April 15, 1999, in St. Louis.

He was born Nov. 14, 1924, at Randles, son of Harvey and Beulah Bond. He married the former Mayrene Rhodes.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Sharon Ford of St. Peters; a son, Mike Bond of St. Charles; three brothers, Leonard Bond of Puxico, Gene Bond of St. Louis, Buddy Bond of near Arab; a sister, Lawanda Limbaugh of Advance; and a grandson.

He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
