The infant died Saturday, Aug. 14, 1999, at his home.

He was born June 18, 1999, in Murray, Ky., son of Joseph Anthony and Pamela Dessie Lynn Ladd Garrett of New Concord, Ky.

Survivors include his parents; a brother, Joseph Garrett Jr. of the home; a sister, Meagon Garrett of the home; paternal grandparents, Joe and Minnie Garrett of Sikeston, Mary Isbell of Eldorado Springs; and maternal grandparents, Kathryn and Charles Hamilton of Morley.
