MILLERSVILLE -- Paul Dean Cook, 60, of Millersville died Wednesday, Aug. 25, 1999, at his home.

He was born March 31, 1939, in Cape Girardeau, son of Rufus and Myra Etta Graves Cook. He and Marjorie Roe were married Aug. 23, 1957.

Cook was service manager at Forklifts of Cape Inc.

He was a member of First General Baptist Church in Jackson, West View Lodge 103 in Millersville, Oak Ridge Order of Eastern Star 310, Sword of Bunker Hill, Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Moolah Temple of St. Louis, Cape Girardeau Shrine Club, and Perryville Lodge 46.

Cook was also a member of Cape County Coon Hunters, Missouri State Coon Hunters, Professional Kennel Club, and Treeing Walker Breeders and Fanciers Association.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Todd Cook of Jackson, Toby Cook of Millersville; two daughters, Tammy Ainsworth of Cape Girardeau, and Teresa Clark of Millersville.

Also surviving are three brothers, Rufus Cook Jr. of Tacoma, Wash., Bob Cook of Sedgewickville, Odell "Dick" Cook of Fruitland; a sister, Jessie Faries of Wappapello; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 4-9 p.m. today. West View Lodge will conduct Masonic rites at 7.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Luther Rhodes officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
