Graveside service for Emma M. Davis of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. today at Memorial Park. Dr. Larry Gallamore will officiate.

Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Davis, 91, died Monday, May 17, 1999, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born May 3, 1908, at Oran, daughter of Willie and Molly Strain. She and Cecil Davis were married Oct. 23, 1927. He died May 22, 1968.

Davis had been a sewing machine operator at International Shoe Co. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Gill of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
