The infant was stillborn Monday, May 17, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include his parents, Kevin Charles Kennedy and Julie Marie McCulley of Chaffee; maternal grandparents, Bruce McCulley of Jackson, Jeanna Kirn of New Hamburg; paternal grandfather, Glenn Kennedy of Morley; maternal great-grandparents, Erma Dalton of Chaffee, James and Betty Palmer of Jackson.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother.
