BRAGG CITY -- Funeral for Charles Wade McKenzie of Bragg City will be held at 10 a.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel in East Prairie. Martin Lucas and Michael Cartwright will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery. McKenzie, 44, died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born May 14, 1955, in Decatur, Ill., son of Jesse Charles and Velma Carlyle McKenzie.

McKenzie was employed by Luye Farms. He was formerly of East Prairie.
Survivors include a brother, Danny Fincher of Hornbeak, Tenn.; two sisters, Dianne Walton of East Prairie and Francie Feagans of Bragg City.
He was preceded in death by a sister.
