William R. Kinslow, 76, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Oct. 28, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center.He was born May 1, 1923, in Illmo. He was an insurance salesman. He was a Methodist and served in the U.S. Air Force.He is survived by a son, Robert Dwayne Kinslow of Murphysboro, Ill.; a daughter, Sharon Earles of Clearwater, Fla.; and three grandchildren.He was preceded in death by a brother.No visitation or services will be held.Ford & Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements...
