MOUNDS, Ill. -- Funeral for Earl A. Williamson of Mounds will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds. The Revs. Stephen Wolfe and Verlee Eaker will officiate. Burial will be in Spencer Heights Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.

Williamson, 95, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 1999, at his home.

He was born Jan. 16, 1904, in Cairo, son of Oscar and Roseluella Kelly Williamson.

Williamson was a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Betty Titus of Mounds, Barbara Highsmith of Denver, Colo.; a sister, Rowena Stephenson of Mounds; seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby; a son, and two brothers.
