Funeral for Sarah "Sally" Richmond will be held at 2 p.m. today at Fowler-Sullivan Memorial Chapel in Neelyville. Bill Porter will officiate.Friends may call at the chapel from noon until service time.Richmond, 78, died Monday, Nov. 29, 1999, at Lucy Lee Health Care Center in Poplar Bluff.She was born July 23, 1921, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Pete and Daisy Kattes.
