PINHOOK -- Clottie S. Cooper, 65, of Pinhook died Thursday, Jan. 1, 1998, at her home.

She was born Dec. 22, 1932, in Louisville, Miss., the daughter of Ida and Izalla Spiva. She was married to Clayton Cooper, who preceded her in death.

Cooper had lived in Missouri since 1958 and attended the Union Baptist Church in Pinhook.

Survivors include two sons, Larry Cooper of Danville, Ky., and Warren Cooper of Marion, Ind.; a brother, Johnny Spiva of St. Louis; a sister, Louise Hodge of Memphis, Tenn.; and five grandchildren.

The body was cremated. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Union Baptist Church in Pinhook, with the Rev. Melvin Williams officiating.
