MILLERSVILLE -- Denzel Dale Sander, 81, of Millersville died Saturday, Jan. 24, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born March 20, 1916, at Millersville, son of Louis and Mary I. Stroder Sander. He and Ellen Pearline Gray were married Oct. 27, 1935.

Sander was a carpenter and farmer. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Shirley Davault of Marble Hill; a sister, Irene Birk of Cape Girardeau; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Jerry Sander and Donald Sander officiating. Burial will be in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
