EAST PRAIRIE -- Bill McKinley, 58, of East Prairie died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born March 29, 1939, in East Prairie, son of Robert Lee and Mildred Stacy McKinley. He and Barbara Ray were married Dec. 29, 1958.

McKinley was retired from KLP Construction.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Lisa Brown and Dana Housman of East Prairie; a brother, Bob DeLaney of East Peoria, Ill.; and two granddaughters.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Friends may call at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie after 4 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Martin Lucas officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
