GLEN ALLEN -- Tilbert "Tib" Skaggs, 47, of Glen Allen died Sunday, March 1, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born May 5, 1950, near Hiram, son of Charley and Ethel Tooman Skaggs. He and Jeannie Kay Kirkpatrick were married June 11, 1984.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Jimmie and Micheal Skaggs of the home; three brothers, Red Skaggs of Glen Allen, Bud Skaggs of Marble Hill, Rick Skaggs of Glen Allen; three sisters, Iva Bollinger of Marble Hill, Dawn DeClue and Wilma Skaggs of Glen Allen.

He was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill from 9-11 a.m. today.

Graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. today at McGee Chapel Cemetery, with the Revs. Clinton Massa and Loyd Ray Green officiating.
