COBDEN, Ill. -- Genevieve H. Wiseman, 66, of Cobden died Friday, March 6, 1998, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale.

She was born Feb. 10, 1932, in Tours, France, daughter of Emile Joseph and Fernando Dubos Nique.

She married Billie D. Wiseman on July 3, 1956, at Tours. He died Jan. 16, 1998.

She is survived by two daughters, Katherine Aweidah of O'Fallon, Ill., and Patricia Wiseman of Columbus, Ohio; two sons, Christopher Jean Wiseman and William D. Wiseman, both of San Antonio; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.

Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Federico Higuera and DeWayne Taylor officiating.
