ISOM COMBS JR.
SIKESTON -- Isom Combs Jr., 50, of Sikeston died Saturday, March 7, 1998, at Missouri Delta Medical Center. He was born Oct. 10, 1947, in Marigold, Miss., son of Isom and Willie B. He was born Oct. 10, 1947, in Marigold, Miss., son of Isom and Willie B. Wells Combs Sr.
Combs was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church at Parma.

Survivors include his father and stepmother, Isom and Bertha Combs of St. Louis; six brothers, Robert, Roger, Esther and Jamain Combs, of St. Louis, Walter and Kennedy Combs of Sikeston; six sisters, Alice Boyd of Sikeston, Joyce White, Jacqueline, Marilyn, Benerth and Cathy Combs, all of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Friends may call at Williams-Farr and Purnell Funeral Home from 7-8 p.m. Friday.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Travelers Rest Baptist Church, with the Rev. Sylvester Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Sunset of Memories Cemetery.
