She was born April 12, 1922, in Olmsted, daughter of Otto and Louise Weidner Witzman.
Lowe had worked as a nurse aide. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church.

Survivors include a son, Michael George of Sonora, Calif.
Funeral will be private, with burial in Concord Cemetery.
Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds is in charge of arrangements.
