PERRYVILLE -- Theodore R. Busch Sr., 57, of Perryville died Tuesday, March 31, 1998, at his home.

He was born July 22, 1940, at St. Marys, son of John Ray and Lucille Mowry Busch. He and Mattie C. Heaps Helms were married Nov. 3, 1994.

Busch was a retired truck driver and timber worker.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, John Busch of Hallandale, Fla., Theodore Busch Jr. of Perryville; two daughters, Barbara Kennedy of Perryville, Eureka Knight of Blandford, Fla.; a stepson, James Helms of Perryville; three stepdaughters, Elizabeth Nelms of Cedar Hill, Nancy Riney of Louisville, Kan., Donna Kuhn of Westmoreland, Kan.; a brother, Roy Mowry of Perryville; four grandchildren; and 10 stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, and two sisters.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. Thursday, and Friday after 6:30 a.m.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Brad Smith officiating. Burial will be in Whitewater Christian Church Cemetery.
