BLOOMFIELD -- Funeral for Junita L. Maze of Bloomfield will be held at 2 p.m. today at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter. The Rev. Jerold Lake will officiate, with burial in Bloomfield Cemetery.
Maze, 64, died Wednesday, April 1, 1998, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter.
She was born Nov. 4, 1933, at Hahn, daughter of Jess and Alma Perkins Morlan. She married Audie F. Maze Feb. 15, 1955, in Elgin, Ill.
Maze had lived in Illinois for several years before moving to Dexter. She had been a resident of Bloomfield the past four years.
She had been a supervisor with the Illinois Department of Mental Health while living in Illinois.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Curtis Maze of Essex, Gary Maze of Hampshire, Ill.; a daughter, Deborah Moore of Advance; two sisters, Celesta Wise of Pyletown, Wilma Black of Elgin, Ill.; four brothers, Gene Morlan of Davenport, Ill., Harold Morlan of Columbia, S.C., Tom Morlan of Wappapello, and J.W. Morlan of Idalia.
Also surviving are three half sisters, Goldie Wilbanks of Cash, Ark., Viola Boldry of Mount Vernon, Ill., Florence Hammonds of Wichita, Kan; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and a stepbrother.
