EDNA DELPORTE

CAIRO, Ill. -- Edna Ruth DelPorte, 95, of Stuart, Fla., died Monday, July 6, 1998, at Mariner Health Nursing Home in Palm City, Fla.

She was born Jan. 29, 1903, in Cairo, daughter of Oscar and Rose Stackert Bullard.

Survivors include a son, Jack DelPorte of Palm City; and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.

There is no visitation.

Private graveside service will be held Saturday at Beechwood Cemetery in Mounds, with the Rev. Kelly Cox officiating.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
