Clara Coletta Holmes, 91, of Cape Girardeau died Friday, Sept. 25, 1998, at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 10, 1907, at New Hamburg, daughter of John Andrew and Crescent Heisserer Stike. She had been a department manager in retail stales for W.T. Grant and Co. in Cape Girardeau. She is survived by two brothers, Jerome Stike of St. Louis and Harold Stike of Florissant; three sisters, Viola Smith of Jennings, LaVerne Bailey of Florissant and Beatrice Stotler of Fenton; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be today from 11:30 to 1 p.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Cape Girardeau. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the church, with the Rev. Milton Ryan officiating. Burial will be at St. Mary's Cemetery.
Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
