PERRYVILLE -- Beulah I. Propst, 93, of Perryville died Saturday, Oct. 10, 1998, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Aug. 10, 1905, at Alliance, daughter of Benjamin and Caroline Kuhlman Johnson.

On Sept. 5, 1922, she married Cecil Robert Propst. He died March 30, 1976.

She was a homemaker and member of First Presbyterian Church in Perryville.

She is survived by two daughters, Doris Lorenz of Perryville and Zelma Schumer of Kirkwood; a brother, Lloyd Johnson of Patton; two sisters, Iona Barks of Alliance and Zola Dolle of Cape Girardeau; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

A brother, three sisters and three infant grandchildren preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. today at Young & Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville.

Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Thomas Bass officiating. Burial will be in Home Cemetery.
