BLOOMFIELD -- Mildred Kathryn Hill, 85, of Bloomfield died Sunday, Oct. 11, 1998, at her home. She was born Feb. 7, 1913, in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of John and Kathryn Lyons Dickinson. She and William Blaine Hill were married Sept. 4, 1937. He died Feb. 21, 1973...

BLOOMFIELD -- Mildred Kathryn Hill, 85, of Bloomfield died Sunday, Oct. 11, 1998, at her home.

She was born Feb. 7, 1913, in Cincinnati, Ohio, daughter of John and Kathryn Lyons Dickinson. She and William Blaine Hill were married Sept. 4, 1937. He died Feb. 21, 1973.

Hill was formerly of Hilton Head, S.C.

Survivors include a son, William Hill of Keene, N.H.; three daughters, Fern Lange of Calabash, N.C., Linda Lucas of Hilton Head, Diana Mize of Bloomfield; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Walker Cemetery near Bloomfield, with the Rev. John Sheley officiating.

Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
