JACKSON -- Florence B. Paar, 93, of Jackson died Monday, Oct. 12, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. She was born June 4, 1905, at Jackson, daughter of Newton D. and Daisy Propst Browning. She and Fred Frank Paar were married in 1928 at Jackson. He died Jan. 1, 1968...

JACKSON -- Florence B. Paar, 93, of Jackson died Monday, Oct. 12, 1998, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born June 4, 1905, at Jackson, daughter of Newton D. and Daisy Propst Browning. She and Fred Frank Paar were married in 1928 at Jackson. He died Jan. 1, 1968.

Paar was formerly president of Electric Supply Co. Inc.

Survivors include a son, Buss Paar of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Chapel in Cape Girardeau from 1-2 p.m. Thursday.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Bert Bronaugh officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
