ALETHA HOOSIER

BELL CITY -- Aletha N. Hoosier, 74, of Bell City died Thursday, Oct. 15, 1998, at her home.

She was born July 29, 1924, near Bell City, daughter of Samuel Roy and Pearl Gibbs Miller. She and Ernest Hoosier were married Sept. 23, 1939, at Bloomfield.

Survivors include her husband; a son Ernest Van Hooser Jr. of Raymore; a daughter, Joan Stewart of Bloomfield; a brother, James Miller of Henderson, Tenn.; a sister, Alma Cotner of St. Charles; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park at Advance.
