GLADYS LORENZ
PERRYVILLE -- Gladys V. Lorenz, 82, of Perryville died Sunday, Oct. 18, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. She was born Jan. 25, 1916, in Gill, Ark., daughter of David M. and Cora Hahn Holmes. She and Byron Lorenz were married Sept. 11, 1932. He died Sept. 10, 1992...PERRYVILLE -- Gladys V. She was born Jan. 25, 1916, in Gill, Ark., daughter of David M. and Cora Hahn Holmes. She and Byron Lorenz were married Sept. 11, 1932. He died Sept. 10, 1992.
Lorenz was a member of Cedar Fork Methodist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Geraldine Tharp of Cedar Fork, Joy Halpin of Fredericktown; a sister, Mary Pittman of Cedar Fork; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 4-9 p.m. today, and Wednesday from 6:30 a.m.-noon.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cedar Fork Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
